Job Description
Oversee the organization's entire accounting and financial operation. Develop and implement accounting policies and internal control procedures. Prepare financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities. Supervise and mentor accounting personnel. Manage import, export, letter of credit (LC), and customs clearance processes. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and government agencies.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems. Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
